Alabama's Week 2 matchup with the Texas Longhorns is expected to be one of the most highly competitive non-conference matchups of the 2023 season. If this year's version can live up to just half of what the 2022 matchup did, we are in for a dandy! Nick Saban is currently 28-2 against his former assistants and Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian is looking to become the third former Saban assistant to beat their old boss, joining Texas A&M's Jimbo Fisher and Georgia's Kirby Smart.
