Me and my family stayed here four days (wife and children). And we were completely satisfied with the rooms, cleanliness, the amenities and the front desk help. You can look at it as a knock against them, but it was not a problem for me. You have to replenish your own towels and washcloths by yourself. Meaning gather up all your room linen and take it downstairs before 11pm. Every night to have fresh towels and washcloths. Also, the rooms are only cleaned once a week by the hotel. But it's okay for you to change your own bed sheets at anytime. Just take the linen to the front desk. It's has a kitchenette, refrigerator, pots and pans, utensils, and plates. It's like being in your own little home away from home. Onsite laundry room, that has numerous washer and dryers for more than just 1 or 2 people at a time. All the equipment is up to-date, and might even be new technology for washer and dryer standards. (slide your card and deposit quarters options). My wife's only complaint is that the rooms are so connected via ventilation system, so people that were smoking in there rooms we could smell it through the rooms vent system. Which we are not smokers so you can imagine the awful smell. Overall great experience quite atmosphere, comfy soft sleeping and great customer service. Hope this helps my next reader.

The good - decent wifi, good TV, very nice and convenient shelving in the rooms, clean, and no multi-legged unwanted pests. The bad - clunky and unresponsive electronic card keys, beds that are a bit too high, and bathtubs that require a high step to enter or exit. For some a minor inconvenience and for others an accident waiting to happen. An unexpected bonus is a decent laundry room.
