If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would. So, my tire popped while driving through THEIR parking lot and I had to get my tire changed. Now, I read the reviews and my friend told me they have horrible service, but I had no where else to go. So I dropped off my car at 2:20, the lady told me they close at 4 and couldn't work on my car. I pleaded for them to fix it or at least keep it over night to work on it. They did. However, when I got back to the center the next day at 11, they said they couldn't change it because I nor they had the tire lock...what kind of tire center does not have the equipment to change a tire and then not call you to tell you they can't change it?? I will not be going back.

I didn't realize they were closing early because of staff. I got there a little before 6. I stood at the checkout line waiting to be seen for 10 minutes and nobody offered to help me at all. I asked someone and they said the person was with someone. I didn't know if they would even see me. I left and went to the Walmart in Buda and got the best service that I have ever received at a WalMart automotive department.
