What's the use of having a section for delivery instructions if you're not going to use them? My husband ordered Valentine's flowers on Friday with specific instructions that I work 8-4. When they weren't delivered by 3 he calls and was told they were enroute. After 4:10 he calls and they have the audacity to tell him it just says deliver anytime today (even though his receipt shows he stated by 4) and that they can deliver on another day. For the money they charge, he expected better service. I wouldn't recommend this company.
