Great new brewpub in Austin. Centrally locates. Excellent beer. The food is amazing. Love the burger. It’s a big space with plenty of parking and can handle large groups. The back is great for hanging out outside with you dog.

The beers were great and I loved the very descriptive board list. I liked that they had half pours, but I kept forgetting to say half when I got to the register person! Maybe they should train their staff to ask 'full or half'?? Definitely not a bad thing though! I wish they had a larger bar area. I'm still not a fan of the wait-in-line-every-time-you-want-another-beer format but I understand it's easiest, especially at a brewery. Luckily the line wasn't ever more than 2 people long! We didn't try the food so no comments yet on that. The decor was great and there was a lot of space and ample parking. I like the different seating options as well. The only downside (which, admittedly, isn't exactly something the Brewtorium can fix) was all the children. I literally had to step over a crawling baby as I walked in. There isn't a playground or anything for entertaining children so I was not expecting to have to contend with families. I understand parents like to drink too, but the amount of children running around has seriously made me question even a weekday return visit.
