I went in for a full set acrylic with gel. It cost $40. The gel polish did not cover my nails fully, one of my nails was not glued properly so the nail was already lifting, and there was polish all over my skin. As I was getting my nails done I told the technician that the polish wasn't covering and she proceeded to tell me "yes it does" and when I showed her the nail already lifting she just added a small amount of glue. I called both locations yesterday to get my nails fixed today and they said it would be no charge. I went to the Pflugerville location and was charged $20. When I called this location back to ask for a $20 refund due to what I had to pay today they told me they were very busy and to call back later and hung up on me. On my way home I stopped into this location. I had JUST got off the phone with them. There was ONE person in the salon. They told me they were not going to give me a refund. I asked for them to have the owner call me and they took down my name and number. I highly doubt I will be receiving a call. Very unpleased and highly unsatisfied with the services I received. I do not recommend either 10 Pretty Nails locations. Horrible customer service and work.
