SupportKids Services, Inc in Austin, Texas

Don't waste your time with this agency! They had my case for approximately 2 years(2009 to 2011), and did absolutely nothing. Cancelled my services with SupportKids, and got my case back over to the AG office. Finally starting receiving payments in 2017, and guess where my payments were going. Called SupportKids to see why they had my money, and they claimed the AG office hadn't removed them as the payee. I then had the AG remove them, and called to get my checks released from SupportKids. The woman I spoke with asked me what my address was when my case was closed. Luckily I remembered, otherwise they weren't going to release them. These people need to be reported for their dishonest business practices.

In over a years time this business has not provided the services promised in their contract. On 6/22/16 I hired SupportKids in an attempt to obtain over twenty thousand in back child support owed to my son. It has been well over a year and they have done absolutely nothing with regard to my case other than take the money that the Child Support Enforcement Agency secured for me. Further, they have not deducted it from their fee nor has anyone contacted me since they forced me to give them power of attorney over my case for their service and they hounded me every day prior to that. Monthly, they post a bogus statement to my account page stating "We are attempting to locate the most up-to-date information about the non-custodial parent's place of employment by accessing a third-party locator service" or "We are using one of our search tools to locate the non-custodial parent's address and phone number" "which is a lie because child support was able to find him and start collecting payments post me hiring them. They have hired no attorney on my behalf, they have told me three times that they have completed the locate work on my case and moreover, they stated that they sent the non-custodial parent a letter to contact their office on 8/12/16. How can that be when they claim they can't find him? They are a rip off and have not provided as promised in their contract. I will be contacting my county and state child support agencies with regard to this because I cannot even set up my support service portal online with the state because they are getting direct deposit of my money and I need the last four digits of the direct deposit number to set up an account to see my own case! I will also bring to light their poor service and down right theft on social media to save more desperate people from committing to their services only to be scammed. I would not even give them one star but I had to so that I could post my experience with this business.
