My husband upgraded his phone at this location on Mar. 1. We were promised a 50% discount on the upgrade due to a special promotion, and that we would see the discount on our bill later. A month later, after not seeing the discount, I confirmed in a chat transcript with Sprint that the discount had been applied but it would take a few billing cycles to show up on the bill. Months later, the credit still hadn't appeared, so when I complained, Sprint said that the discount only applied to my number and not my husband's. This makes no sense since we have a family plan and had previously upgraded at the same time. I am still fighting this crooked company for our discount, with no help at all from the folks who sold us this bill of goods in the first place. Oh yeah, the agent also signed us up for an equipment protection plan without our consent and it took two attempts to get that cancelled. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company--they are so big they don't care if they have your business or not. If anything goes wrong, they will make no attempt to make it right.
