I had Chelo work on my hair today and she was very responsive in my requests and understood what I wanted easily. She was very friendly and we were laughing and talking serious about both of our lives...therapy in the beauty salon! I took a photo in of the color and we were able to look at the book and see exactly which on it was I wanted. I did not know what to expect and was a bit taken aback when I walked in. Everyone has their own office/room to work on their clients. Thankfully there is a directory when you walk in that tells you what room everyone is in...there is usually a receptionist but she was not there when I came in only when I left. So be sure to look at the wall if you get lost. I was not sure of what the price range was for a full color and hair cut but considering Austin, the fact that she uses higher end products and that I only get my hair cut 2 times a year (a big improvement for me, i always hate going to the salons) the price was understandable. Under $200. I would go again!
