Parish in Austin, Texas

I have been here multiple times over the last several years for different shows. They get great bands which is why I have been more than once and each time I think "it can't be as bad as I remembered". Tonight really took the cake though. One of the bartenders was super nice but the others were rude and unfriendly. I asked for extra lime in my drink and they said "I put in two, you can't have any more." Not one time has the a/c been working. I am pretty sure they just hope it will get so hot everyone will spend more money on drinks. Tonight, it was hotter inside than any other show I've ever been to (including outdoors summer venues) and during the headliner's second song they turned all the fans off except those pointed at staff. I was so hot I almost passed out. I understand that it's an old building and things break down, but as far as I can tell they decided to turn the fans of to get the (mostly under 21) crowd to spend more money on drinks. Such blatant disregard for the well being of your patrons definitely makes this place the worst venue in Austin.
