Ordered Lemon chicken through grubhub, sauce of which was not lemoney at all. The lady who brought my delivery was 20 minutes late. First she asked for the code, which I had already given in the instructions, and then asked me to come downstairs and get the delivery. When I asked her to come upstairs, her tone changed immediately. For some bizarre reason, she took the staircase in spite of being told about the elevator. Duh! And when I asked her which side the staircase was, she said, "I don't live in the domain, LADY". And then that idiot wanted me to direct her to my apartment (just because it's so hard to find an apartment with its no.). I had to step out to get her. Expressionless, she was rushing in my direction. I said, "Thank you. You need to be better at customer service." This was her response, " Yeah. Dollar Seventy". So delivery charges+ 12% tip is not enough?! The dish was so not lemon chicken and I wanted to double check with my receipt if they delivered the right order but, guess what, she did not give any receipt to me. The worst home delivery experience of my life! Their food and service ruined my dinner. I really want to hear an apology.
