The only reason why I knocked off a star is because I felt rushed. I loved how they had a TV in front of the salon chair that I could watch. They were playing The Notebook so they definitely know their clientele. Great when you need a quick style or just want to feel like a queen for a day. I like how I was able to tell the stylist what I wanted even though it diverged from their menu booklet. Would recommend and would return.

Phone calls go to call center out of the country. Very difficult to understand the person I was speaking with. Your customers would be more impressed if a local austin employee managed your calls. He was not friendly at all. This is not a good first impression for your new business.
