I had insurance with this company for a bit. They run their office out of a converted storage garage. My premium was high but I didn't know. I went down the street to Stanley insurance and got a 22% reduction. We found out later it was because this company charges an exorbitant fee for its services. Yes they have good customer service, but you can find a way better deal if you shop.
