was satisfied with my insurance coverage until Dana became my agent. I received an email to cancel or keep my personal injury insurance and I decided to keep the coverage. My coverage went from $145 (what I paid when I first purchased my car) to $199. I sent an email to cancel personal injury protection and it was not applied. I called the office again, and was informed to go to the website to cancel. I canceled last month and this month received an email stating a payment of $197 will be deducted from my account soon. I called and was informed a discount was deleted from my account because of an accident. An accident that was known when I switched my coverage from Vermont to Texas. I decided to call Geico to see if I could get a better deal. I was paying $87 a month in Vermont with Allstate and I am now paying $104 with Geico. My vehicle is a 2010 Camry. I suggest customers shop around for better deals if Dana is your agent. She's lining her pockets rather than looking out for the best interest of her customers.
